The Instructor Development Program is designed for the in-house trainer. The course covers forklift training and also includes a complete Powered Pallet Jack program. Instruction covers the basics of general safety and progresses to Situational Awareness, Hazard Recognition and C.F.T.C.'s own translation of the O.S.H.A. Regulations called the "MemReminder". During the "MemReminder" portion of instruction, the O.S.H.A. Regulations are covered in a unique manner that motivates comprehension and inspires retention. The program's structure has a built-in flexibility that allows instructors to bring their own personality and experience to the class.
